Here is an overview to give an impression of the costs that may arise from the creation of an international structure:

Formation Rates

For the establishment of a company or legal form, we charge a formation rate.
The formation rates include government fees and drafting statutes, shareholders’ resolutions, records, proxies and other founding documents. In short, the formation rate includes any act or service necessary for the full establishment of the company or legal form.
Any notarization and legalization of documents, such as opening a foreign bank, are separately charged.

Registered office facilities

This registered address, is used for communication with the Chamber of Commerce and the Tax authorities. We will send all correspondence to you from this address, so you are aware of all local developments.

In most jurisdictions it is necessary that the local tax authorities can have access to this address to study business administration. The address serves not only as a mailing address, but needs to be managed; it is called a registered office.
Inco Trust, offers the use of the registered office in many jurisdictions, and provides all relevant aspects. The cost of the registered office will be invoiced in advance on an annual basis.

Management and Administration

Management and administration costs are charged to carry out the administrative functions of the company or legal form. (Enter)
Inco Trust can act as a representative agent, and may also act as asset manager and secretary. This means that Inco Trust manages the company and takes care of all the obligations and responsibilities.

The administrative activities will include:

- Acting as a contact for third parties and public authorities
- The preparation and / or signing contracts and agreements
- Compliance with local laws and regulations
- The processing of payments and / or transactions

In most cases, a fixed amount is agreed between the client and Inco Trust in advance. This shows the overall management and administration costs for an entire year. In addition it is possible to make these services billed on a time spend basis.

Accounting Costs

Accounting costs are particularly relevant in countries which have an accounting obligation. If Inco Trust is appointed as a director of the company, correct and complete records are maintained. In this case it is also possible to agree on a fixed arrangement, depending on the number of transactions or the turnover.

In most international financial centres, such as the Seychelles, Mauritius, Panama, international trading companies (IBCs) are exempt from the accounting obligation.
